Emergency cooling system is used for a heat-resistant component (1), especially a turbine blade, having a wall (3) which is impinged on a first wall side (14) with heat and a second wall side (15) with a cooling fluid stream (11). The wall has at least one emergency cooling opening (12) which is closed using a stopper (16). The stopper is a body produced separately from the component and is inserted into the cooling opening and connected to the component. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Stopper for a heat-resistant component, especially a turbine; and (2) Component, especially a turbine blade, impinged with heat.
Abstract (de)
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Notkühlsystem (17) für ein im Betrieb hitzebelastetes Bauteil (1), insbesondere einer Turbine. Das Bauteil (1) weist eine Wand (3) auf, die im Betrieb an einer ersten Wandseite (14) mit Hitze und an einer zweiten Wandseite (15) mit einer Kühlfluidströmung (11) beaufschlagt ist. Die Wand (3) weist wenigstens eine mit einem Stopfen (16) verschlossene Notkühlöffnung (12) auf, durch die bei fehlendem Stopfen (16) Kühlfluid von der zweiten Wandseite (15) zur ersten Wandseite (14) strömt. Der Stopfen (16) ist so ausgebildet, dass er bei einer vorbestimmten Temperatur schmilzt. Um das Einbringen des Stopfens (16) in die Notkühlöffnung (12) zu verbessern, ist der Stopfen (16) ein separat vom Bauteil (1) hergestellter Körper, wobei der Stopfen (16) in die Notkühlöffnung (12) eingesetzt und darin mit dem Bauteil (1) verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
