Abstract (en)
Advertisements and notices are sometimes placed outside where they are subject to the weather. They may deteriorate even if kept in a plastic bag or envelope. Herein, a holder 1 for an insert 2 bearing an advert, notice or other information comprises an envelope for receiving the insert, the envelope comprising two facing panels 3 and 4 made of plastics material and sealed around the whole of the periphery thereof, one of said panels having an aperture 10, preferably a slit, therein. The aperture permits insertion of the insert into the envelope. The aperture is well spaced from the periphery of the envelope so that water does not seep in at the comers and the aperture can be closed after such insertion by a layer of waterproof material fixed over the aperture by adhesive. <IMAGE>
