Process for dispensing a fluid comprises feeding a fluid from a fluid source to a dispensing device (1) and through an outlet opening (12) in the dispensing device. Before being dispensed through the outlet opening the fluid flows through a heat-exchange chamber for heating or cooling. The heat exchange chamber contains a fluid-permeable structure having a number of communicating hollow chambers. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Device for dispensing fluid; (2) Cartridge for a fluid-dispensing device comprising a fluid-permeable structure for heat exchange; and (3) Heat exchange device for devices for dispensing fluid.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Abgeben eines Fluids, bei dem das Fluid aus einer Fluidquelle einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Abgeben des Fluids zugeführt und durch eine der Abgabevorrichtung (1) zugeordneten Austrittsöffnung (12) abgegeben wird. Erfindungsgemäß strömt das Fluid vor der Abgabe durch die Austrittsöffnung (12) zur Erwärmung oder Abkühlung durch eine Wärmeübertragungskammer (36-46), in welcher eine fluiddurchlässige, eine Vielzahl von kommunizierenden Hohlräumen aufweisende Struktur ausgebildet ist, die von dem Fluid umströmt wird. <IMAGE>
