Abstract (en)
The spinneret as a melt-blow jet head (1), for melt spinning thermoplastic filaments, has at least one channel (3) for the molten flow. The jet (2) has at least one row of jet channels (5) with outflow openings (6) at the outflow end (4). Drillings (10) are at the jet outflow end, each with a shaped body (11) in a positive fit, to form a jet channel between the body and the drilling. Flow channels (7) for compressed air are aligned at the jet outlet.

Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Fasern aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, wobei zumindest ein Schmelzekanal (3) für die Zuführung von schmelzflüssigem Kunststoff vorgesehen ist. Es ist eine Düse (2) vorhanden, die an ihrem Austrittsende (4) zumindest eine Reihe von Düsenkanälen (5) mit Düsenöffnungen (6) für den Austritt des schmelzflüssigen Kunststoffes aufweist. In das Austrittsende (4) der Düse (2) sind Bohrungen (10) eingebracht, in welche Bohrungen jeweils zumindest ein Formkörper (11) formschlüssig eingepasst ist. Im Kontaktbereich zwischen Formkörper (11) und Bohrung (10) ist zumindest ein Düsenkanal (5) eingebracht. <IMAGE>
