[origin: EP1420128A1] Concrete surface (1), especially for floor, has barrier layer (3) over foundation (2) to be covered by concrete surface layer (4). The barrier layer has number of raised sections (5) and/or recessed zones (6), to give it variable thickness. The covering layer is a concrete which does or does not incorporate fibers. The barrier layer is a structured sheet or film and especially of plastics or metal which repels water or is watertight.
