Abstract (en)
High-pressure rotary pump in a pot housing comprises a pressure lid (3) with a flange (4) for screwing the pressure lid on an end-side annular sealing surface (20) of a housing (2). The flange is elastically deformed during the screwing process and the sealing surface of the housing in the region of a base zone of the flange comes into contact with a second sealing surface (40). Before the screwing process the two sealing surfaces lie on two at least approximately radially extending conical or annular surfaces enclosing a small angle which opens outward relative to a central axis (101) so that after the screwing process the two sealing surfaces are pressed together and the angle between the sealing surfaces becomes zero. Preferred Features: The housing and/or the pressure lid are made of a metallic material, especially forged steel.

Die Hochdruck-Kreiselpumpe in einem Topfgehäuse umfasst einen Druckdeckel (3). Dieser weist eine Flanschpartie mit einem Flansch (4) auf, mit dem der Druckdeckel auf eine stirnseitige und ringförmige Dichtfläche (20) eines Gehäuses (2) durch Aufschrauben befestigt ist. Der Flansch ist durch das Aufschrauben elastisch verformt. Die Dichtfläche des Gehäuses steht im Bereich einer Basiszone des Flansches auf diesem mit einer zweiten Dichtfläche (40) in Kontakt. Die beiden Dichtflächen (20, 40) liegen vor dem Zusammenschrauben auf zwei zumindest angenähert radial sich erstreckenden Kegel- oder Ringflächen. Diese beiden Flächen schliessen einen kleinen Winkel χ ein, der sich bezüglich einer Zentralachse (101) nach aussen öffnet. Nach dem Aufschrauben des Flansches sind dank dessen elastischen Verformungen die beiden Dichtflächen aufeinander gepresst und somit ist der Winkel zwischen den Dichtflächen gleich Null. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
