Abstract (en)

[origin: WO03020229A2] The invention relates to a cream base, which can be produced using a cold/cold method. Said base contains a) between 1 and 15 wt. % straight-chained or branched C8-C22 alcohols or alcohol mixtures, which are liquid at temperatures of above 15 DEG C, or are soluble in the remaining components of the formulation, b) between 0.1 and 10 wt. % anionic and/or non-ionic surfactants, c) between 2 and 15 wt. % C16-C22 fatty acid of fatty acid soap and d) optionally additional conventional ingredients and water to make up 100 wt. %. Colorant components can be easily incorporated. The cream thus obtained has sufficient viscosity after being blended with the developer emulsion and maintains said viscosity even at the application temperature and at increased storage temperatures.
