The flat panel display comprised a pixelated input imaging device (100), a first array (11) of optical waveguides (15) including a bias cut (16), a first light redirecting layer (13), a second array (12) of optic al waveguides (18) also including a bias cut (17), and a second light redirecti ng layer (14).
