Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1422029A1] The portable electric hammer drill (1) has a hammer component group (2) which is separated accurately from a grip point (P) at the tool housing (3) by a coil spring (4), to disengage vibrations. The hammer group is also mounted on at least two axially displaced joint arms (5a,5b) with axially defined movements. The joint arms have a bending distortion, and are fixed to the housing without allowing a sliding movement. At least one arm has a center section with a bending stiffness, and two film joints (7) at the ends with an elastic distortion.
