[origin: EP1422356A1] Building panel comprises two reinforced concrete plates (12, 14). These are held apart by support grids (16) which are embedded in the concrete. The space between the plates is filled with thermal insulation (24) and the upper plate contains embedded pipes (22) for an underfloor heating system.
