[origin: EP1422370A2] A window has a fixed one-piece surrounding frame around two hinged inner window frames. One window hinges to the left, the second to the right. Alternatively, both windows further open in tilt mode at their base to leave a ventilation gap at the top. The turn/tilt hinge (4) selector catch (8) engages the appropriate pushrod (3).
