Abstract (en)
Processing machine comprises a machine frame (2) and a processing element (3) movably arranged via at least one drive shaft (5). One drive shaft with a movable bearing arrangement (13) is coupled to the machine frame and the processing element. The movable bearing arrangement has at least two roller bearings (16a,16b,19a,19b) coupled to each other and consisting of a first roller bearing coupled to the drive shaft and a second roller bearing arranged on the machine frame. The roller bearings have a common connecting bearing shell supporting the roller body of the coupled roller bearings and rotating and/or moving backward and forward so that the roller body is kept in motion. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Movable bearing arrangement; and (2) Process for mounting a rotating shaft with a movable bearing arrangement.

Bei einer Bearbeitungsmaschine (1) mit einem Maschinenrahmen (2) und einem relativ hierzu über eine Antriebswelle (5) beweglich angeordnetem Bearbeitungselement (3), wobei die Antriebswelle (5) mit einer Loslageranordnung (13) an dem Maschinenrahmen (2) und das Bearbeitungselement (3) gekoppelt ist, hat die Loslageranordnung (13) mindestens zwei miteinander gekoppelte Wälzlager (16, 19, 22, 24) mit einem mit der Antriebswelle (5) gekoppelten ersten Wälzlager (19, 24) und einem an dem Maschinenrahmen (2) angeordneten zweiten Wälzlager (16, 22) und einer gemeinsamen Verbindungslagerschale (15, 25, 26), wobei die Verbindungslagerschale (15, 25, 26) die Wälzkörper (27) der miteinander gekoppelten ersten und zweiten Wälzlager (16, 19, 22, 24) trägt und angetrieben ist. <IMAGE>
