The slicing machine for cutlets has a cutter (16) and a holder (20) for the meat. The meat is fed through the cutters by pushers (24,24.1) which are reciprocated across the holder area. The pushers are synchronized to prevent collision. The pushers can run on guide slideways.

Eine Maschine (10.4) zum Schneiden von stabförmigen Lebensmitteln wie Kotelettstangen (12) und dergleichen Schneidgut in Scheiben besitzt eine das Schneidgut ihrer Schneidvorrichtung (16) längs ihrer Aufnahme (20) zuschiebende Schiebereinrichtung, die längs der Aufnahme (20) hin- und herverfahrbar ist. Die Schiebereinrichtung besitzt zumindest zwei Schieber (24.4, 24.5), die im Raum so verfahrbar sind, dass sie ohne gegenseitige Kollision hin- und herverfahrbar (28, 38) sind. <IMAGE>
