Abstract (en)
Production of ceramic objects (12), especially beakers, cups, etc., comprises a first step in which at least one ceramic object is cast in a casting mold (14) having a top mold (16) and a bottom mold and then pressed. In a second step the casting mold is opened, the top mold is moved laterally into a flushing position, and a suction removal device (20) is moved from a lateral waiting position into a suction position to remove the ceramic object from the bottom mold. In a third step the suction removal device is moved laterally with the ceramic object into a jet washing position in which the ceramic object is jet washed. The top mold is simultaneously moved back into the casting position, the casting mold is closed and a new casting process is started. In a fourth step the suction removal device is moved into a discharge position and the ceramic object is transferred to a transport device (32). In a fifth step the suction removal device is moved back into the waiting position and remains in this position until the renewed casting and pressing process has ended. An Independent claim is also included for a device (10) used for producing ceramic objects and comprising a top mold and a bottom mold.

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung (10) zur Herstellung von Keramikgegenständen (12), insbesondere von Bechern, Tassen o.dgl., beschrieben, wobei ein gekoppeltes System zum seitlichen Wegbewegen einer Oberform (12) einer Gießform (14) zum Spülen der Oberform (16) und zum gleichzeitigen Bewegen einer Entnahmesaugeinrichtung (20) von einer seitlichen Warteposition in eine der geöffneten Gießform (14) zugeordnete Saugposition vorgesehen ist, wobei in einer zur Saugposition benachbarten Bedüsungsposition ein Bedüsen der aus der geöffneten Gießform (14) herausbewegten Keramikgegenstände (12) und eine Übergabe der bedüsten Keramikgegenstände (12) an eine Abtransporteinrichtung (32) erfolgt, während in der geschlossenen Gießform (14) ein erneuter Gieß- und Preßvorgang zur Herstellung eines weiteren, neuen Keramikgegenstandes (12) erfolgt. <IMAGE>
