Abstract (en)
The shuttering element for a cast concrete spiral staircase consists of a rigid block of a synthetic foam with a flat lower thrust surface and a helicoid upper surface coated with an impermeable and non-deformable moulding skin of a hardened and fibre-reinforced synthetic resin. The block is made using a wire cutter following a helicoid surface with its axis perpendicular to the base of the block. The shuttering element (1) for a cast concrete spiral staircase consists of a rigid block (2) of a synthetic foam with a flat lower thrust surface and a helicoid upper surface (4) coated with an impermeable and non-deformable moulding skin (3) of a hardened and fibre- reinforced synthetic resin. The block is made from a basically parallelpiped block of synthetic foam, using a wire cutter following a helicoid surface with its axis perpendicular to the base of the block, and is given a coating of a sealing material before applying the impermeable resin. A panel of a rigid material is stuck to the base of the block.

L'élément de coffrage pour la face inférieure, hélicoïdale, d'un escalier de révolution, comprend un bloc de matière synthétique en mousse, rigide, présentant une face inférieure d'appui, sensiblement plane, et une face supérieure hélicoïdale, d'axe perpendiculaire à la face inférieure, correspondant à la face inférieure de l'escalier en béton à couler. Une peau de moulage, imperméable et indéformable, recouvre ladite face supérieure. <IMAGE>
