[origin: WO03020092A1] According to the invention, a fruit press (1) with a tilting collecting dish (4) is achieved, which permits a simple, loss-free pouring out of the fruit juice (11), without the need to remove the element from the housing (2), by means of which the citrus fruit was pressed and the collecting container surrounding the above, from which the fruit juice drops into the collecting dish (4). In order to tilt the collecting dish (4), two opposing projections (7) are provided on the outer side of the sleeve wall (8) thereof, which lie in a tilting manner in recesses (6) on the inside of the housing wall (17).
