Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1426124A1] The arrangement has several magazines (4.1) for longitudinal wires and an arrangement for moving the longitudinal wires forward out of the magazines with a linear drive movable over the entire length of the magazine to which pusher elements for at least two magazines are connected. A controller can position the forward movement arrangement at any longitudinal position as the starting position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a grid welding system with an inventive device (b) a method of feeding longitudinal wires to welding arrangement (c) and a method of automatic positioning of a magazine with longitudinal wires.
