Abstract (en)
The method of making packaging envelope for fragile articles involves placing a shock absorbing material into a case which itself is placed in a flexible pouch. The air contained in the pouch is extracted by compressing the shock absorbing material. The shock absorbing material can be a foam. Claims include an envelope made by the method.

Procédé de fabrication d'enveloppes pour objets fragiles, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : introduction, dans un étui, d'un matériau amortissant ; placement d'au moins un étui contenant le matériau amortissant dans une enceinte souple ; expulsion de l'air contenu dans l'enceinte souple et fermeture de cette enceinte, le vide obtenu entraînant la compression du matériau amortissant de l'étui.
