Abstract (en)
The papermaking machine, to produce a paper web from a pulp, has a double Fourdrinier section with two Fourdriniers (7,8) where the pulp suspension is formed into a wet web. A measurement assembly (A1,A2,B1-B3) monitors the web characteristics at the Fourdriniers or their environment, before and/or after them. The measurement assembly has at least one sensor to measure the physical, chemical or technological web characteristics. Their measured values are used to set the production parameters for the web e.g. the pressure level or vacuum in the closed boxes (a1-a4) of the initial water extraction stage (a). The sensors use ultrasonic or gamma rays.

Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Papierbahn, aus einer Faserstoffsuspension mit einem Doppelsiebformer weist zwei miteinander zusammenwirkende Siebbänder (7, 8) auf. Eine Messanordnung (A1, A2, ...; A10; B1, B2, B3, ...) ist zur Messung einer Eigenschaft der Faserstoffbahn im Bereich oder in der Umgebung des Doppelsiebformers angeordnet. Die gemessene Eigenschaft wird einer Regeleinheit als Ist-Größe zugeführt; die Regeleinheit regelt einen Produktionsparameter für die Herstellung der Faserstoffbahn. <IMAGE>
