Abstract (en)
The pile driver has a support frame (2) fixed to the ground and a movable carriage (10) sliding on the support and with a gripper (15) to transmit driving forces to a pile (P6). An actuating cylinder (11,12) exerts a driving load on the pile of multiples of tons. The carriage has a saddle (13) and a vibrator (14) to provide low amplitude of about half a millimeter and high frequency of about three thousand per minute vibrations to the pile.

La presse selon l'invention comprend une structure support (2), une structure mobile comportant un chariot (10) monté coulissant sur la structure fixe, une pièce de transmission d'efforts (15) en prise avec la pièce à foncer (P6) et des moyens (11, 12) permettant d'exercer sur la structure fixe un effort de fonçage. La structure mobile comprend entre le chariot (10) et la pièce de transmission (15) un étrier de suspension (13) et un vibrateur (14) engendrant des vibrations de très faible amplitude et de très haute fréquence selon l'axe de fonçage. <IMAGE>
