Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brandschutzplatte zur Befestigung an einem Untergrund (6) mit mindestens einem vormontierten Hinterlegungsstreifen (2a). Um eine derartige Brandschutzplatte zu schaffen, die eine einfache und sichere Montage auch für gekrümmte Untergründe (6) erlaubt, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass mindestens ein Hinterlegungsstreifen (2a) über ein Scharnier (3, 4) mit der Brandschutzplatte (1a) verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
