Abstract (en)
The printer has a number of print head devices movable over the print medium and a number of adjacent arrangements of piezo-technical print elements in a cell and at least one ultraviolet light source arrangement (130,132,134) for subjecting ultraviolet-hardening ink to ultraviolet light. Each arrangement of piezo-technical print elements is aligned essentially in a direction (Y) perpendicular to that (X) in which the print head devices can be moved. AN Independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a method of digital printing, especially with an inventive device.
Abstract (de)
Um beim digitalen Druck mit einem Tintenstrahldrucker unter Einsatz von UV-härtender Tinte einen möglichst hohen Druckdurchsatz zu erreichen, wird eine Vorrichtung vorgeschlagen, bei der zunächst eine Grobrastermatrix und dann im Interlaced-Verfahren eine oder mehrere Zwischenmatrizen gedruckt wird. Die einzelnen Punkte der Grob- und Zwischenmatrix werden sofort nach jedem Einzelschritt soweit angehärtet, dass die Punkte nicht ineinander verlaufen und dass weitere Farben auf die bereits gedruckten Punkte aufgesetzt werden können. Am Ende des Druckvorganges werden dann alle Punkte ausgehärtet. <IMAGE>
