[origin: EP1428785A1] The gap sealing device seals the gap (11) between the cabin door (3) and the cabin wall (2) of a lift cabin (1) while the lift is in motion. It includes a sealing strip (4). The sealing bar has at least one wall which can be reversibly clamped in front of the gap. The sealing strip may be an elastic hollow body which can be pressurized with compressed air (5).
