Drainage channel (R20) for surface drainage and/or drainage of bulk material, etc. comprises a channel element (21) containing a grid element. A connecting part (32.1-32.3) for connecting two channel elements protrudes from one or both ends of the channel element and has at least one opening (34) for attaching a connecting element. Preferred Features: The connecting part protrudes outwardly or inwardly in an offset manner from the channel element. Bei einer Entwässerungsrinne zur Oberflächenentwässerung und/oder Drainage von Schüttgut od. dgl. mit einem Rinnenelement (21) in welches ggf. ein Rostelement (31) einlegbar ist, soll stirnseitig ein- oder beidseitig von dem Rinnenelement (1) zumindest ein Anschlusselement (32.1 bis 32.3) zum stirnseitigen Verbinden zweier Rinnenelemente (21) abragen, wobei die seitlichen Anschlusselemente (32.2, 32.3) wenigstens eine Öffnung (34) zum Einbringen eines Verbindungselementes aufweisen. <IMAGE>
