[origin: EP1429028A2] Fuel delivery elements (44a) each supply a first fluid onto one side of certain wall sections (WS) (64a-c) that move and are assigned to them. The other side of the WS has an inlet and outlet for a second fluid. One WS has a flexible metal membrane (FMM) that has an inactive position, into which the FMM returns when impinged by a spring device if equal pressure prevails on both sides of the FMM.
