[origin: EP1429415A2] The antenna (1) includes a metal base (2) and a plastics housing (3) surrounding antenna elements that are arranged on the base. The base includes a seal (8) arranged between the base and the housing, simultaneously sealing the base with respect to the vehicle interior.
