[origin: WO03029037A1] The invention concerns a multiple-part removable hard top for motor vehicle. Said top, which can be moved between a closing position covering the passenger compartment and a stowed position, comprises at least two rigid roof shells (2, 3, 4), arranged one behind the other in the vehicle longitudinal direction when the top is in closed position. At least one roof shell (2, 4) comprises three parts, namely a central part (2a, 4a) and two lateral parts (2b, 4b). The central part (2a, 4a) is linked to the lateral parts (2b, 4b) in articulation and can pivot relative thereto.
