[origin: FR2829736A1] The tandem master cylinder for a vehicle electro-hydraulic brake has a housing (12) with a primary chamber (14) connected to a brake force simulator and a second chamber (16) defined with the first by a piston (20). The piston has a seal ring (28) cooperating with a surface on the housing bore to control flow to the simulator. The piston has a movable stop (34) surface cooperating with a fixed stop (32) on the housing to define a neutral position.
