[origin: WO03029082A1] The invention relates to a method for deckle adjustment in a packaging machine whereby a leaflet (P), folded in a folding gear (16), is supplied to a leaflet transport (11) at a constant speed (V1), by means of a leaflet supply device (20). Said transport moves at a constant speed (V2), the leaflet is transferred to a holder (12) on the leaflet transport and supplied to a folded-box transport (14) in the holder. The transfer position for the leaflet in the holder of the leaflet transport is adjustable on a deckle adjustment for the leaflet. Separate drives for the leaflet supply device and the leaflet transport are provided for the above.
