Abstract (en)
[origin: DE10147728A1] The device has a discharge chamber between two discharge vessel plates (1,2) and an electrode set for producing dielectric barrier discharges in the chamber. The electrode set is associated with a first discharge vessel plate forming a dielectric barrier between the electrode set and discharge chamber. The first discharge vessel plate is supported by a stabilizing plate (9) on its side facing the electrode set. AN Independent claim is also included for the following: a method of manufacturing an inventive device.
