In particular in cycling but also in riding a horse or a motorcycle soft crotch pads (2) are attached to the special shorts (1) or trousers worn during this activity. Independent of the material of the pad (2) itself tensions occurred at the seams, which did not expand the same way as the fabric in relation to the movements of the user, and caused injuries to the affected body areas. The new design of a pair of shorts (1) is provided with protective pads (2) joined to the fabric with several short stretches of seams facilitating an expansion of the fabric into various directions.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Sporthose mit eingefügter Schutzeinlage, die aus einer Einlage (2) besteht, zum Schutz der Körperzonen, die sich auf dem Sattel eines Sportgerätes abstützen, insbesondere auf einem Fahrrad. Sowohl die Einlage als auch das Gewebe oder die Maschenware sind in allen Richtungen elastisch. Um alle Spannungen im Bereich des Randes (4) der Einlage (2) vollständig auszuschalten, die automatisch einen störenden Reibungseffekt auf der Haut des Benutzers verursachen, ist die Einlage (2) mit dem Stoff (3) der Hose nicht entlang des ganzen Randes (4) verbunden, wie es dem bekannten Stand der Technik entspricht, sondern bloss an einzelnen längs des Randes (4) der Einlage (2) verteilt angeordneten Punkten (x). <IMAGE>
