[origin: EP1431033A2] The arrangement produces a cylindrical print forme from a flat cut-out with rounding (2) and welding (3) stations. A device for picking up and transporting the raw plate has a fixing frame (6) with two adjustable lifting elements. The plate edge forming the start has a register device.
