Abstract (en)
The flexible packing for the withdrawal of liquid has an insertion section for the fitting of an extraction device (2) such as a drinking straw and is formed by an opening constructed in the sleeve of the flexible packing and closed off by a film in the initial state. The film is constructed in such a way that it lies sealed on the fitted extraction device to form a tent top shape. For a taut covering of the opening in the initial state, overlying strips of the film in the region of the folds are interconnected and/or the film is detachably connected to the sleeve.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Entnahmevorrichtung (2) für Flüssigkeit in einer flexiblen Verpackung, mit der das unbeabsichtigte Austreten von Flüssigkeit bzw. das Eindringen von Luft, Schmutz und Mikroorganismen in das in der Verpackung aufgenommene Produkt sicher und dauerhaft verhindert werden kann. Hierzu weist die erfindungsgemäße Entnahmevorrichtung (2) ein den Einlaß der Entnahmevorrichtung (2) aufweisendes rohrförmiges Halmelement und ein dem Einlaß zugeordnetes Verschlußelement auf. Die erfindungsgemäße flexible Verpackung zur Aufnahme von Flüssigkeit umfaßt einen Einstichbereich zum Einbringen einer Entnahmevorrichtung (2), der durch eine in der Hülle der flexiblen Verpackung ausgebildete Ausnehmung, die im Ausgangszustand durch eine Folie (36) verschlossen ist, gebildet ist, wo die Folie (36) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie sich unter Ausgebildung einer zeltdachförmigen Gestalt dichtend an die eingebrachte Entnahmevorrichtung (2) anlegt. <IMAGE>
