Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1431233A1] Hydraulic cable drive for an elevator has a driving pulley, braking device and at least a hydraulic motor (7). The drive shaft of the hydraulic motor is directly coupled to the boss (13) of the driving pulley (6), while the braking device is integrated in the pulley or the hydraulic motor. The boss of the pulley is held in a fastening block (11) that extends into the motor housing.
