[origin: US7509902B2] An apparatus for slicing food products having a machine housing. A cutting head housing with a rotatably driven blade is bonded to the machine housing by an adjustment device. The adjustment device includes a frame which is only moveable in a Y direction relative to the machine housing while the cutting head housing is literally moveable in the X direction relative to the frame.
