Abstract (en)

[origin: WO03027472A1] The invention relates to a method for operating a fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine in a motor vehicle, with a fuel reservoir, a fuel pump, and a pressure sensor, whereby the fuel pump supplies fuel from the fuel reservoir to a pressure region, the pressure sensor is arranged in the pressure region and the pressure sensor generates a signal representative of the pressure in the pressure region. The invention further relates to a corresponding controller for an internal combustion engine, a computer programme with programme coding means, a computer programme product with programme coding means and a fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine on a motor vehicle.
