[origin: WO03027599A1] The invention concerns a method for guiding a rocket (1) onto a target, wherein, the rocket (1) is equipped with guidance by self-reacting imaging device (10) and trajectory correction means (11); said method consists in: acquiring the target through a sighting device and determining its position; harmonizing the sighting device and the imaging device (10) of the rocket; stabilising the images of the imaging device (10) of the rocket; working out a guidance law; launching the rocket (1) and guiding it in accordance with the guidance law until it acquires the target by itself.
