Shell (10) comprises an outer shell element (12) provided with at least one first connecting element (16) and an inner shell element (14) provided with at least one second connecting element (18) so that the outer and inner shell elements can be joined together. The inner shell element has in at least one region a lower height than the outer shell element. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Trough-like structure, especially a swimming pool or a cellar; and (2) Process for constructing trough-like structures, e.g. swimming pools or cellars, using the above shell. Preferred Features: The outer shell element is removably connected to the inner shell element.

Eine Einschalung (10) besteht aus einem äußeren Einschalungselement (12), in das über einen Abstandshalter (20) ein inneres Einschaltungselement (14) eingehangen wird. Das innere Einschalungselemente (14) besitzt eine geringere Höhe als das äußere Einschalungselement (12), so dass Beton, der zwischen den Einschalungselementen (12,14) eingegossen wird, unter dem inneren Einschalungselement (14) teilweise hinausfließen kann. Dadurch können L-förmige Profile gegossen werden, die zwischen Fuß und Wand keine Fuge aufweisen. <IMAGE>
