Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1433923A1] The chisel tooth holder for a road cutter has a holding insert (3) to receive a tooth (4) and an axially extending insertion plug (2) for fixing in the receiver of a tool head. The plug section has a partial surface (E) extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis (A). Between the main plug body (6) and a secondary segment (7) is a wedging screw (10) which expands a part of the plug to give a clamping action.
