Abstract (en)
The procedure for fastening a fixed blade (1) to a compressor ring (3), especially the outer ring of a rectifier stage, using a mechanical fastening (5) such as a rivet, includes the insertion of a pre-formed stabilised joint (6) in a groove or cavity (4) between the blade and the ring in the zone (2) where they meet. The joint is designed to be slightly bigger than the dimensions of the groove or cavity in which it is placed, filling it completely once the mechanical fastening has been fixed, while obviating the need for a sealing bead to be applied or surplus material to be removed.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé destiné à un étage redresseur d'un compresseur, ledit compresseur autorisant en son sein la circulation d'air selon un certain flux définissant la veine aérodynamique pour solidariser des aubes fixes (1) à une virole (3), en particulier une virole extérieure de redresseur, à l'aide de moyens (5) de solidarisation mécanique, caractérisé en ce que l'on dispose un joint (6) préformé stabilisé dans une cavité (4) qui sera présente entre ladite aube (1) et la virole (3) à la zone (2) de jonction de ces deux éléments (1, 3) et qui permettra d'assurer l'étanchéité de la veine aérodynamique. <IMAGE>
