The inlet stator (12) has several inlet guide vanes (16) in the flow incidence region of a compressor wheel whose spin-generating vane angle can be varied depending on a fluid volumetric flow through the flow machine or turbo-compressor. The inlet guide vanes undergo variable deformation under varying flow conditions. The inlet guide vanes are made of a deformable material and are flexible.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vorleitstator (10) für Strömungsmaschinen, insbesondere für Turboverdichter (12), mit mehreren im Anströmbereich eines Verdichterrads (14) angeordneten Eintrittsleitschaufeln (16), deren drallerzeugender Schaufelwinkel in Abhängigkeit eines Fluidvolumenstroms durch die Strömungsmaschine bzw. durch den Turboverdichter (10) verstellbar ist. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Eintrittsleitschaufeln (16) sich bei verändernden Strömungsverhältnissen verformen. <IMAGE>
