Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2830897A1] The insulating glazing comprises two sheets of glass (10,11) spaced by a gas layer (12). An insert (2) spacing the two glass sheets has an internal face (20) opposite the gas layer and there are sealing means (3) for the interior of the glazing. The insert comprises a flat section which surrounds a first part of the glazing perimeter having its internal face plated against sections of the glass sheets and held fixed by glue (4). Another section (30) surrounds a second part of the glazing perimeter. An Independent claim is included for a method of manufacture of the insulating glazing.
