Abstract (en)
Refractory locking plate with at least one sliding surface for a metallurgical vessel such as a casting ladle and distribution channels for metal melts with a base refractory body with a melt flow hole covering the height of the plate, and having a multicomponent steel frame (1) in heat resistant material of high mechanical strength and high heat resistance for reception of an exchangeable ceramic plate (6). An Independent claim is included for a process for preparation of the locking plate with the steel frame by the steps:separation of the frame into two halves, combination of the two parts by means of a stable flap hinge (sic), preparation of the ceramic plate by casting or compression, heat treatment of the ceramic plate, grinding of the ceramic plate surface, and fastening of the ceramic plate in the frame.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine feuerfeste Verschlussplatte mit mindestens einer Gleitfläche für Schieberverschlüsse an metallurgischen Gefäßen wie Gießpfannen sowie an Verteilerrinnen für Metallschmelzen mit einem Grundkörper (6) aus feuerfestem Material, der eine Durchflussöffnung (7) für die Schmelze aufweist, der den Hub der Platte abdeckt und der mit einem mehrteiligen, für einen mehrfachen Einsatz bestimmten Rahmen (1) aus Stahl oder dgl. aus hochfestem Material mit einer hohen mechanischen Festigkeit und großen thermischen Widerstandsfähigkeit zur Aufnahme eines austauschbaren keramischen Körpers versehen ist und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung. <IMAGE>
