Abstract (en)
A weft tension device (10, 132) comprises: a tubular member (78) having a bore (82); an air-jet nozzle (86) disposed opposite to an inlet end of the tubular member and spaced by a picking path (80) from the inlet end of the tubular member; and a moving means (102) for making the air-jet nozzle and the tubular member approach relatively such that their largely spaced positions come into contact with each other from their spaced positions. <IMAGE>
