Abstract (en)

[origin: WO03036161A1] The invention relates to a lighting device (1) that comprises means for retaining and electrically connecting a tubular lamp (2) and a reflector (4) that extends along the length of said lamp (2) and that is used to reflect a portion of the light scattered by the lamp (1) against a defined direction of scattering. Said reflector is provided with passage openings (5) that allow a portion of the light scattered by the lamp (2) to pass in the direction of scattering. Pot reflectors (6) are mounted in the reflector (4) contiguous with the passage openings (5) in the direction of scattering. The lighting device is characterized by the multitude of lighting effects that can be achieved and that do not have any effect on the functionality of the lighting device in room illumination or in the illumination of work places.
