Abstract (en)
The plug-in device (1) has a number of electrical contact devices (3) for cooperating with corresponding contact devices of a counter device (2), including at least one electrostatic discharge contact device (31), for connection with a component for which electrostatic discharge protection is required. The electrostatic discharge contact devices are set back from the remainder of the contact devices relative to the plug-in direction (S). An Independent claim for an automobile control device provided with a plug-in device with electrostatic discharge protection is also included.

Der Schutz von elektrischen Baugruppen gegenüber elektrostatischen Entladungen soll einfach und wirksam realisiert werden. Dazu ist vorgesehen, die Kontakteinrichtungen (31) einer Steckvorrichtung (1) für empfindliche Baugruppen gegenüber den übrigen Kontakteinrichtungen (3) baulich zurückzuversetzen. Damit sinkt die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass diese Kontakteinrichtungen (31) unabsichtlich berührt werden und elektrostatische Entladungen an diesen Kontakteinrichtungen stattfinden. <IMAGE>
