[origin: WO03018700A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a laser-printable film (1). According to the inventive method, an engraving layer (11) comprising a UV-cured coating is printed onto a support film (10). A base layer (14) that comprises an electron-beam cured coating is applied on top of the engraving layer (11). The film is then cured by electron irradiation.
