[origin: US2005010512A1] Method and apparatus for the computer implemented generation and administration of contracts between a supplier and one or more customers, wherein each contract consists of core data relating to a product which is the subject of the contract and one or more contractual components, the core data being stored in a first memory unit and the contractual components being stored in a second memory unit, and in order to draw up a contract a selection of core data is made and the contract is generated electronically of the selection made by automatically generating and depositing electronic references (links) to the selected core data and contractual components.
