Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1441059A1] Washing/laundry is subjected at intervals to hot steam with no drips from a steam generator (SG) (5) integrated in a tumble-drier. The SG and a water-feed device are controlled so that a preset amount of water is fed to the SG on reaching an operating temperature between 120 and 200 degrees C. A water reservoir (1) links via a supply line (2) to a pump (3) that links to the SG via a pressure line (4). An Independent claim is also included for a domestic/household tumble-drier for washing/laundry.
