Abstract (en)
[origin: WO03039975A1] The invention concerns a system wherein a metal housing (10) provided with a side wall (11) and a neck (12) connected to said side wall (11) via a shoulder (13), said neck (12) being designed to be made integral with a dispensing head irreversibly and absolutely impermeable to liquids, said dispensing head comprising a plastic flange (3) provided with a sealing skirt (7) and an outer catching skirt (6), itself provided with an outer snap-fit rim (5) on its inner surface. The neck (12) has a wall whereof the thickness is substantially equal to that of the shoulder (13) and of the side wall (11). The neck (12) comprises: an open end (14) in the form of an orifice surrounded by a curl (16) oriented outwards; a substantially truncated shoulder (17) connecting said open end provided with said curl to a first substantially cylindrical part (18), separated from a second substantially cylindrical part (19) by a shoulder (20), located at some distance from the open end so that when said flange has been completely driven on the neck (12), the snap-fit rim is urged to be folded down on a diameter smaller than that of the first substantially cylindrical part (18).
